I just read an article about three American men going all
the way to China in order to shed some pounds.
That reminds me of my own attempt to maintain fitness, since
for a long time I've been thinking about how to make my belly
I've tried exercise, drinking a lot of water....all to no avail,
at least not very noticeable.
Suddenly it occurred to me that it may have more to do with
the life style.
Like some animals which hibernate in the winter will consume
more food before falling into a prolonged period of sleep,
city dwellers with ample source of food supply would likely
send a wrong signal to their metabolic system that they need
to store energy source inside their body if some sort of eating
spree is not curbed.
